Did you know? The following are complaints that may, in some cases, all be caused by neck-related dysfunction:   

• Neck pain
• Limited range of neck motion
• Headache that usually “starts in the back of the neck or base of the skull and then involves one or both sides of the head, and pain in the mastoid region or in the ears”
• Blurring of vision often with pupil dilation caused by irritation of the superior sympathetic ganglion and cervical muscle spasm
• Dizziness, loss of balance
• Nausea or vomiting
• Pressure behind the eyes
• Fainting attacks
• Ringing in the ears
• Numbness of the sides of the neck, head, face or tongue
• Tightness of the neck muscles
• Difficulty swallowing
• Pain in the supraclavicular region
• Shoulder pain
• Elbow pain
• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Shortness of breath
• Heart palpitations or rapid heart rate
• Anterior chest pain
• Pain in scapular between the shoulder blades
• Pain and muscle spasm in the shoulder and neck muscles
• Numbness or tingling of the fingers when awakening
• Weakness, pain or tingling of upper limb
• Weak grip, easily drop things
• Tenderness to deep pressure over the vertebrae of the upper back
• Tenderness in the upper back muscles
• Elevated Blood Pressure
• Increased Sweating Increased sensitivity to light touch
• Changes in the ideal spinal curvature of the neck
• Poor sleep
