About me?
I am 26 years old. I was born and raised in the small town of Punxsutawney, PA. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and researching my profession. I am engaged to an amazing woman named Lindsay, whose love and support has encouraged me to be a better individual. I attended IndianaUniversity, graduating with honors in exercise physiology. After undergraduate school I went on to attend New YorkChiropracticCollege, graduating with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
My personal experience ...
I became interested in chiropractic at a very young age. This interest drove me to strive to improve my health in a natural way; it drove me to focus on daily practices of exercise, nutrition and education. I have learned by lifestyle choices and extensive education that chiropractic care is not just for acute pain or chronic pain. Its primary purpose is to help the body’s immune system to function at its optimal potential without interference. With the proper nutritional support, exercise, emotional well-being, and chiropractic care, the body can function at its best, requiring less medication and increasing the quality of life.
Why me?
What makes me different from any other chiropractors is my approach to care. Patients are not just a number. I spend quality time identifying the source of the patient’s condition through extensive physical exam procedures, in order to provide the service needed to relieve the patient of pain. Unfortunately, many patients do not seek care until they’ve sustained pain or an injury, though many also choose to pursue regular maintenance care. Most of my patients that come in with acute injuries or pain usually respond very quickly. I want my patients to realize that chiropractic is more than just treating pain symptoms. It is a holistic approach to maintaining a healthy way of living.
As an exercise physiologist and chiropractor, I can link nutrition, exercise, emotional well-being and chiropractic care; I can provide a different type of natural care. I strive to provide wellness care.
